The development team has responded that they have fixed this bug so it 'shouldn't' happen in the future but they've done nothing to restore lost tag assignments. Tagging is only useful when reliable. This bug occurred with the 5.0 update and it was fixed within 1 month. 4 months in to 6 and still broken."
